On August 22nd, we kicked off one of the most special moments of the year for us: the 2025 harvest. An intense, exciting, and vibrant period when we gather the fruit of a whole year’s dedication to our vineyards in the Catalan Pre-Pyrenees.

A living and exciting process

This year we started with the Chardonnay variety, harvested early in the morning to ensure freshness and grape quality. The process is meticulous: we select the best grapes, carefully transport them to the winery, and begin their transformation into the wine that will later share stories at many tables.

Advanced technology helps us precisely separate grapes, leaves, and canes without damaging the vineyard. Yet behind it all is also the attentive eye of our team, who experience every vintage with the same enthusiasm and respect for the land.

A shared harvest

This year, we want you to be part of the process too. That’s why we are sharing the harvest through our social media. Every day, we post photos, videos, and curiosities about what happens among the vines and in the winery: sunrise over the rows, the sound of boxes filled with grapes, the hustle and bustle in the winery…
