A few weeks ago we carried out the manual harvest of the Syrah grapes in our "El Pantano" vineyard.

 This accurate process is the first step to make one of our most special wines: Siós Nature, an organic and ecological red wine with no added sulphites, which captures the pure essence of our land.

Manual harvesting allows us to carefully select the best grapes, guaranteeing the highest quality and respecting our commitment to organic agriculture. This wine is the result of artisanal work that begins in the vineyard, where every detail counts to achieve the purity and most authentic expression of the Syrah grape.
