"Lady's Neck" fig salad, cottage cheese, smoked sardine and pistachio oil
INGREDIENTES:
- Figs "Lady's neck"
- Cottage cheese
- Smoked sardines
- Olive oil 0,4º
- Pistachios
PREPARATION AND PLATING:
We wash and cut the figs into 6 lengthwise.
We place a tablespoon of cottage cheese for each piece of fig on a tray, put a piece of smoked sardine and a piece of fig on top of the cottage cheese.
To finish, we dress with the pistachio oil made with oil and chopped pistachios.

We paired the salad with Siós Pla del Lladoner 2022, where the wine perfectly accompanies the freshness of the figs and the dairyiness of the cottage cheese, thanks to the creaminess generated during aging on lees and the contact of the French oak of this wine.
