The Siós Pla del Lladoner white wine with a blend of white Grenache and Chardonnay is made over slow heat, from the selection of the best grapes and the careful manual harvest to the subsequent aging with the mothers for 6 months and the contact with French oak. fine roasted. The result is a complex and elegant wine, rich in nuances and constant evolution.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Pale straw-yellow colour with golden hues.

Aroma: Complex and elegant nose, aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple, melon and banana. Also pleasant floral hints with overtones of dried fruits.

Taste: Long and full-bodied on the palate, with just the right amount of acidity. Flavours of apples, citrus fruits, melon and honey. Woody aftertaste with scents of toast and caramel.

Pairing: Pairs well with fish and seafood. Also excellent with pasta and rice, especially risotto-style dishes, and ideal with foie gras and mild cheeses.
