Two awards for our winery in the second edition of the Costers del Segre DO Wine Competition

Almost 140 wines have been submitted this year to the Second Wine Competition of the Costers del Segre Denomination of Origin organized by its Regulatory Council with the support of the Board of Economic Promotion of the Provincial Council of Lleida and the technical coordination of the Vinari Awards. The number of wines presented represents an increase of 12% and a participation of 80% of the wineries of the Denomination.

The DO Costers del Segre made the announcement and presentation of the awards last Thursday, November 16 at the Gardeny Castle in Lleida, where Jose María and our winemaker Maria Mendoza attended on behalf of the winery.

For our part, we are very satisfied with the two awards received by our wines Siós Nature 2022 as the best young red wine and Siós Brut Rosé 2021 as the best sparkling wine from the DO Costers del Segre.
