The winery is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, which allow each batch of grapes to be processed individually, thus obtaining the best of each wine.
The barrel room was built underground to respect its integration into the landscape and better isolate it from the area’s temperatures. It contains 300-liter barrels, mostly made of French oak, from different cooperages, origins and toasts. This allows us to choose the appropriate aging profile for each type of wine.
